The person
behind the therapist

I'm Hanifah — a therapist, a deeply curious
person, and someone who believes there's
something powerful about having a space
where you don't have to take care of
anyone but yourself.
01
HOW I GOT HERE

Becoming a therapist wasn't just about learning how to
support people.

I’ve always been curious about what happens beneath the surface — why we react the way we do, why certain relationships affect us so deeply, and why understanding something doesn’t always make it easier.
That curiosity led me to psychology, and eventually to relationship therapy. Through my training, I was also invited to turn that same curiosity inward, exploring my own patterns, vulnerabilities and how I show up in relationships.
That ongoing personal work continues to shape how I accompany others today.

BEYOND THE THERAPY ROOM

I'm a person first, too.

I love travelling
and discovering
new places.
I value meaningful conversations and the little moments that make life feel full.
I believe feeling
connected and understood is an important part of therapy.
